I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for sharing this recipe. Growing up in the US, I had no access to quality chutney pudi. My maternal uncle, who lived in India, would make the most delicious chutney pudi and send it to us whenever someone visited. Sadly, he passed away a few years ago, and I’ve been searching for a comparable chutney pudi ever since, but without success. I finally decided to try making it myself and came across your blog. I made your recipe tonight, and with the first taste, I was transported back in time, reminded of the exact pudi my uncle used to make.
