Oops!!Athisseyama Athirasama!!, that’s what I felt when I made this!!, It was and became a great challenge to me, believe it or not I made it three times, I have 2 lots of Mav left in my fridge!!, how does it sound, well I have planned to use them in different ways now!!, coming back to the recipe Srivalli of Spicing your life who started the Indian cooking challenge asked us all to prepare Adirasam before the dead line date, even though I did twice it flopped, I was so upset I really wanted it not get dispersed in the oil, and come out well, so I did it again, the third time and this is how it turned out!!, it was not actually flat and the way Adhirasam would look like it was kind of poori but cooked well inside and flaky!!.
