Hi Anonymous sorry and apologies for this late reply, went on holiday and couldn't get internet access, I always find that there are various products and each may be different in variety, I always suggest that recipes for this kind you should add the liquid base in smaller quantities until you reach the desired quantity that is one option
second is try making one plate and test the texture and if you feel you like it or if you need a bit more liquid into it you can add bring the batter to the consistency you think will get best results.
My suggestion would be reduced the quantity of the Yogurt or buttermilk or completely omit buttermilk it really doesn't matter, I think I added buttermilk as mine was on a bit dry side!!, check out which is suitable and write back to me with your results, actually I was bit perturbed when I made, but to my surprise my family loved it.., do tell me if you liked it..
