Thanks to all of you, you must be wondering why I don't do this immediately, once I am home with my teenage kids i feel like I am in pieces!, cooking, cleaning & of course shouting :)), haha.., Love you all so much for bearing with me really!, This was so unplanned and I even had those Brinjals and her talking about it, made me cook this.
