Lata thank you so much, the powdered spice is my own creation, as I said I love changing my masala's and always try every ones masala powders, this I just wanted to make coriander as the main spice so created this!!, it was quite nice, kids enjoyed it, planning to use it in different ways, give it a try and tell me how it was

We had a sour pomegranate tree at home and often have made this rice, but more like nimbu chawal. The powdered spices are new. Will try to find sour pomegranates and try this.
